Ordershipping materials

We will be happy to send you a stamped envelope for the sampled material. In most cases, this is EDTA blood (see the "Samples" field), for which you can simply use a tube you have (e.g. from Sarstedt). Unfortunately, we are unable to send individual samples due to existing EU guidelines.

For private medical examination orders, a declaration of cost coverage must always be obtained from the responsible health insurance company in advance. This also applies to international orders, provided that no EU health insurance certificate is available. A cost estimate can be requested at any time and will be sent by email.
